Jobsite Business Development Manager

The Job Site Business Development Manager’s role is critical and essential to the successful management of personnel, equipment and logistics for the completion of a cast-in-place concrete project on-grade or on elevated slabs. The Job Site Business Development Manger will have first hand knowledge and the ability to justify using leading edge technology, equipment and their applications to ensure a superior finished slab. The Job Site Business Development Manager will have the knowledge and the skill-set to complete a project within a certain timeline given by the end-user utilizing their current workforce and their supplies provided.

The Job Site Business Development Manager’s objective is to successfully promote, demonstrate, sell and perform end-user training for Somero’s complete product line World Wide. The objectives are accomplished by making the most out of Somero’s training, business and sales practices and methodology.

Mechanical Engineer

Seeking a Mechanical Engineer who is a creative problem solver, bursting with new innovative ideas, has a passion for people and understanding customers, challenges and opportunities. This individual will be highly skilled in design and product development, have exceptional working knowledge of FEA and Solid works, experience in the concrete industry and possess a BSME and/or equivalent degree. Further, this individual will possess a high energy level, the ability to work both in a team environment and as an individual contributor with a desire to travel. Skill requirments include:

Perform Solid Modeling, CAD drafting and detailing for design of equipment with GD&T
Strong technical, written, verbal skills with the ability to operate effectively independently
Knowledge of basic hydraulic circuits & system operation
Performs detailed mechanical engineering design, design reviews, tolerance analysis, risk/hazard analysis
Assists and reviews product development progress evaluating results
Ensure projects meet specifications, standards and performance
Review test reports for R&D projects to insure accuracy and correctness

General Ledger Accountant

General Ledger Accountant who is a creative problem solver, bursting with new innovative ideas, has a passion for people and understanding customers’ challenges and opportunities. This individual will be highly-skilled in managing a general ledger, monthly closing activities, US GAAP, liaising with external auditors, ERP systems, exceptional Excel skills, account reconciliations and a dogged determination to improve business processes. Further, this individual will possess a high energy level, the ability to work both in a team environment and as an individual contributor and a desire to take on new projects. This individual has at least 5 years of business experience and is working in an organization where they have transformed the accounting department and are looking to hone their skills in a high performance organization.
