On the back plate of the left joystick pod, there is a "swap" joystick button. To activate the switch, push the orange "safety tab" down and depress the switch. (The switch is momentary and will return to its original position after activated.) You will notice a new icon on on the display showing a picture of a joystick and two opposing arrows. This indicates that the joysticks are now controlling the opposite joystick functions.
