Somero S-160 Laser Screed equipment features an 8-foot wide screeding head mounted on a 20-foot telescopic boom, producing 160 square feet of screeded concrete per pass. You can successfully put the S-160 Laser Screed machine to work on industrial floor projects as small as a few thousand square feet to jobs of 30,000 square feet and larger. The S-160 can easily handle 3" slump concrete, larger aggregate mixes and fibrous concrete. "The Somero Laser Screed helps you when you're out soliciting business," says Dick Mason. "It puts you a cut above the run-of-the-mill contractors." With the latest Grade Control System from Trimble, the GCS210, you get Grade Control System with fewer parts and cables. The GCS sensor data is easily viewed for troubleshooting and you'll get greater consistency - the head holds slightly above grade until boom is retracted improving Soft Landings. The new Quick Pass feature with adjustable offset will remove excess concrete for quality. Upgrade from mini-spare to full size tire
Tire Filling
Tires can be filled with either a liquid sealant or a polyurethane material. The liquid sealant makes the tires self-sealing after receiving punctures of up to 1/4" in diameter. The polyurethane makes the tires essentially "flat -proof."
High Flotation Stabilizer Pad Kits
Available in 20" or 24". These oversize pads provide improved support on soft subgrades as well as lower the load ratings where there are compaction concerns. Each kit includes four pads and all necessary mounting hardware.
