How Does Somero’s Training Program Work?
Our Laser Screed training class spans over the course of three days. Throughout those three days, our clients/new Laser Screed owners, will become familiar with some of the following:
- General overview of Laser Screed models
- Transmitters, receivers, grade stick, machine positioning, dry runs
- Job site situations
- Elevation control system
- Basic troubleshooting
- Screed maintenance
The above is just a snippet of what you’ll learn from a Somero training course. Our classes run from 8:30am to 5:00pm and by the end of the class, you’ll have a full understanding of your new Laser Screed model.
24/7 Support after Training
Another benefit we provide to our customers is 24/7 support for our machines. With our 24/7/365 service coverage, we are always available for any questions or support-related matters. We often are able to assist over the phone, however, we’ve also been known to fly a support representative to assist with any matters that need to be dealt with in-person.
