What to Expect at World of Concrete 2016
As always, Somero is excited to be a part of World of Concrete 2016 trade show at the Las Vegas convention center this February! In case you are unaware, World of Concrete is the industry’s ONLY annual international event dedicated to the commercial concrete industry. The trade show will take place in Las Vegas again this year and will attract commercial concrete and masonry professionals from around the world.
World of Concrete will occur over the course of five days, starting Monday February 1 and ending February 5 at 1 p.m. Here is a brief description of what you can expect at World of Concrete 2016.
Monday, February 1
The first official day of World of Concrete 2016 will be almost completely dedicated to education. Beginning at 7:30, there will be over 37 WOC Education Program seminars in which attendees can choose from different topics and instructors to learn more about the industry and effective practices.
Tuesday, February 2
Starting at 6:45 a.m., attendees can a Breakfast with the Experts, and attend a variety of 52 exhibits and seminars ranging from safety courses, certification training and more until 5 p.m. Many of these events are sold out already, therefor if you are interested in any of the specific classes and courses, act fast!
Wednesday, February 3
Once again, attendees can participate in the variety of exhibits and seminars in regard to commercial concrete and masonry construction industries. Professionals from these industries will continue to showcase some of the leading suppliers, innovative products, construction machinery, construction equipment and more!
Thursday, February 4
Choose from 49 events scheduled for the fourth day of World of Concrete 2016. Being the second to last day of the trade show, this is a great time to participate in the unlimited networking opportunities if you haven’t already. Meet other professionals in the commercial concrete and masonry construction industries for new ways to sustain and grow your business.
Friday, February 5
Finally, the last day of World of Concrete will conclude the one-of-a-kind trade show with more networking opportunities, as well as a tour of the Hoover Dam at 1pm.
