Located within our 100,000 ft2 manufacturing plant in Houghton, MI. Our goal is to minimize downtime and maximize productivity by providing every customer prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous parts service.
Customer Contact Management – Ticket System
Because we place such great value serving you to the best of our ability, every contact you make with Parts team (and all teams under the Customer Service umbrella) has a “ticket” created for this event.
